One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active kgo999 account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Players must provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it up to date.
Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments
All transactions on kgo999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly. Withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 15–30 minutes. Minimum deposit is ৳200; minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
Bonus & Promotion Rules

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.2 Personal Information Accuracy
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and accurate date of birth during registration. Any material misrepresentation at registration constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
1.3 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one active kgo999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, kgo999 will close all but one account and may forfeit any bonus funds held across the duplicate accounts.
1.4 Geographic Access
kgo999 targets players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using kgo999 is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. kgo999 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and is not liable for any breach of local law by a player.
1.5 Prohibited Persons

- Employees, directors, contractors, or agents of kgo999 and their immediate family members.
- Persons using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
- Persons attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
2. Account Management & Security
Players are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through their kgo999 account. kgo999 strongly recommends that players use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available. Your account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
2.1 Account Verification (KYC)
kgo999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.2 Account Suspension & Termination
kgo999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is detected.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected.
- Chargebacks are initiated against deposits made to the account.
- The player fails to complete identity verification upon request.
- kgo999 is required to act by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
2.3 Account Closure by the Player
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting kgo999 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are not refundable upon voluntary closure.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms
All transactions on kgo999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kgo999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported methods listed in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform. Transaction limits and processing times may vary by payment method.
3.1 Minimum Transaction Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits stated in the Finance / Wallet section and the limits of the chosen payment provider.
- Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the limits stated in the Finance / Wallet section and subject to successful KYC verification.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. kgo999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. kgo999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
3.3 Prohibited Payment Practices
- Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting.
- Using kgo999's payment infrastructure to transfer funds between players or to third parties without placing genuine bets.
- Depositing funds from the proceeds of criminal activity.
4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

4.2 Bonus Abuse
kgo999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting strategies applied to bonus funds, collusion between accounts, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, kgo999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the account.
4.3 Free Bets
Free bets are credited as a non-withdrawable stake. Winnings generated from a free bet (i.e., the net profit above the free bet stake) are credited as withdrawable real-money funds once any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on kgo999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event in question. General betting rules are set out below. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each section of the Platform.
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. kgo999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at erroneous odds, where a technical error has occurred, or where the bet contravenes these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Erroneous Odds & Obvious Errors
Where kgo999 publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a human or technical error, kgo999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to the player's account. Bets placed intentionally to exploit obvious pricing errors constitute a breach of this Agreement.
5.3 In-Play Betting
In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and real-time market suspension rules. kgo999 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension, connectivity issues, or feed delays.
5.4 Casino & Slot Game Rules
Casino and slot game outcomes on kgo999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. kgo999 does not manipulate game outcomes. 7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint relating to your kgo999 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, please contact kgo999 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint, including your registered username, the date and time of the incident, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.

11. Governing Law & Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kgo999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11.3 Waiver
kgo999's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of kgo999's right to enforce it on a future occasion.
11.4 Language
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
